Miami Heat outlast Indiana Pacers, will play San Antonio Spurs in NBA Finals

Defending champions Miami Heat have outlasted the Indiana Pacers four games to three, and are set to play the San Antonio Spurs in the Finals, starting June 6, 2013.

Call me crazy, but I think the Spurs will be crowned the winner when all is said and done. More inside:

The San Antonio Spurs swept the Memphis Grizzlies, four games to none, to move on to the NBA Finals. Now that the Western Conference Champs have been determined, who will be crowned the Eastern Conference Champs? The Miami Heat OR the Indiana Pacers?

Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Lakers get swept out of NBA Playoffs – 04/28/2013

Sad day for the Milwaukee Bucks and the Los Angeles Lakers. The Miami Heat and the San Antonio Spurs took out their brooms, and smacked us square in the face. 🙁 You “wizards” are evil. Evil, I tell you!

With that said, these sweeps were predictable. The Bucks and Lakers were no match for the King-Kong towers — aka the Heat & the Spurs.

Steve Nash expected to play in Game 1, Lakers vs. Spurs – First Round – NBA Playoffs

Steve Nash, the point guard of the Los Angeles Lakers, is expected to return to the basketball court Sunday, April 21 against the San Antonio Spurs. The Lakers are scheduled to play at San Antonio, TX for their first game of the playoffs.

Steve is an integral part of the Lakers squad this season, so it’s good to have him back.
