Nick Carter, member of nineties’ boyband, Backstreet Boys, has been arrested in Florida after a fight outside of a bar. Nick, 35, was charged with misdemeanor battery on Wednesday, January 13th, and paid his dues, spending Wednesday night locked up behind bars. He made his first appearance (after his arrest) at the Monroe County jail as the defendant. According to a report filed with the Key West Police Department, Nick was severely intoxicated when police officers arrived at Hogs Breath Saloon in Florida. A bartender refused to serve Nick and his drunken friend, Michael Ray Papayans, 27, after multiple staff members asked both men to exit the building. As soon as Nick and Michael stepped outside of the premises, Michael head-butted an employee, while Nick grabbed a hold of the bouncer by the throat. Michael was also charged with misdemeanor battery. But one important question remains: Was either man represented by an attorney?
